[outages] Lightpath down in new jersey

[Michael Rickert]

Lightpath has a service outage in New Jersey due to a transformer blowing
and causing an electrical pole fire which has melted one of their primary
fiber lines. They are still waiting for the fire dept. to put out the fire
and electrical contractors to repair the pole.
