[outages] Zayo issues in EU?

Is anyone in Europe seeing issues with Zayo AS6461? We do not have transit
or peering directly with them, but when traffic goes through their network,
we're seeing it blackhole, especially to British Telecom AS2856, but perhaps
others. This started just before noon UTC. A trace to an affected
destination goes one or two hops into their network before dying.

Thanks!

Charles H.
