[outages] calls to T-Mobile are fialing?

i tried calling my own tmobile cell phone number thru many carriers, and
call does not complete

also getting complaints from customers that outgoing calls to cell phones
are not completing.

anyone else seeing any issues with calls completing to cellular phone
numbers
