Confirming packet lost to Google DNS 8.8.8.8 from Verizon Enterprise in the LAX area. Sporadic packet loss up 100% for the last 2 1/2 hours. OpenDNS is okay. Level 3 is okay. DNSFilter is okay. Cloudflare is the usual sporadic (but consistent) packet loss up to 3.1%.
