[outages] Hurricane electric outage in San Jose

Latest update: Sat, 10 Jul 2021 11:41 :
Our provider believes services are affected by their relocation of 432ct
fiber cable at Park Ave and S Almaden Blvd, as the whole block is being
worked on and this fiber cable is in the way of the new building. Cutover
was needed as new cable has been placed in the new duct path that was
provided. ETR is 12:00 UTC. We will keep you updated.
