[outages] Facebook Down

From everything I've seen today, it's an issue with BGP. They've misconfigured something, and all of their peers have been pulled.
I've seen reports that say employees weren't even able to get into the building to lay hands on routers because the keycard readers weren't working.

Facebook and WhatsApp down here, reports consistent on Twitter from across the country, Down detector apparently agreed.
