[outages] Vocus routing US Salesforce.com traffic through Australia?

Akamai is a transit customer of Vocus AS4826. (i.e. There's nothing wrong or accidental about announcing a customer's route to all upstreams and peers.)

Likewise, 23.1.35.132 appears to be anycasted. My traceroute from Melbourne, VIC never leaves Australia. (<22ms)
