[outages] Fiber cut between Nashua NH & Boston MA

Many sites on the Internet including Search (Google, duckduckgo, etc),
have not been responding at all, most of the day today, and this continues.
If you were previously connected to a site with an already open browser
or application, communications are working to those sites, email is
operational.
Trying to connect directly to many known sites is also failing
Comcast residential client, ~40 miles outside of Boston, MA
