[rbak-nsp] subscriber bandwith license problem

Hi all,

i got problem on configure software licence , the problem is on the
subscriber bandwith.
Below the command that i'm using and the output

[local]Redback(config-license)#*subscriber *bandwidth 60 password
*bandwidth-password*


[local]Redback#show licenses all

and here's the OS that i'm using
