you can have 2 options here
 1>perform multicast replication at SE400 itself ,
 2>perform multicast replication on 7750 or DSLAM (igmp snooping)
1>
 here you just need to enable multicast under ppoe multibind interface. let
home-devices send igmp joins.

interface foo multibind
pim sparse-mode passive

2> if you plan to do  replication behind SE400, i.e igmp snooping at L2
level on dslam/7750
you need to enable remote-multicast-replication on se.
 (** iacn send config for this, based on what you decided)

option 2 is scalable,
option 1 would put replication at SE and based on how many subscribers you
want to support you can decide.
