In the 6.1.3.6 release train there are some nasty ISIS bugs which require
you to rebind the interface when you make certain ISIS changes (The exact
details escape me right now, details are in the known bugs list which
Redback should be able to supply you on request).

If you are running a recent release do be wary of that with and any
maintenances to make changes, you may need to rebind the interface or do a
"process restart isis" to get it all running again.

I cetainly hit some issues when consolidating LAG groups on our boxes,
restarting ISIS or rebinding the interface fixed it. I haven't had any
issues doing multiple changes in one commit, so maybe thats not an issue on
the release train(s) we are running.
