[rbak-nsp] Help me to indentify this problem!

hello! 
It was urgent so I had to replace the CF card by myself. Now the "Fail" led is gone. But I tried to load the SEOS but I am not able to connect the card and the TFTP server.
 
We use Management port of the card for loading the SEOS or do we need to configure other settings?
 
Is there any possibility to copy the image from the Active XCRP Card?
 
Hoping to get some support again.
