[rbak-nsp] Problem with High CPU usage in SE800

hello! 
I ma having problem with the High CPU usage in SE800.
 
>From the process cpu stat, it shows that the porcess ISM2 and aaad is consuming most of the load.

I have also done "show process diag", i see the following message.

I have created link-group. is this the problem of the link-group?? which version this link-group is referring to?
