[rbak-nsp] Entitlement Mismatch

Well.. I hope so.  The card has the same CLEI# on the front..  It certainly
looks identical.  Is it possible that the SW entitlement is the only
difference between the adv and base card?

Are you sure you bought a base card?

A xcrp3-adv and a xcrp3-base will not work together in one system.

Hey guys,

 

Bought a used xcrp3-base card to replace a failed one until next year's
budget comes in and we can replace the system. and I got an entitlement
mismatch error: Standby controller not entitled: XCRP entitlement mismatch.
Reset the card, now it just comes up as an unknown type.  Any ideas?
