[rbak-nsp] bgp prepend

When I check from remote peer, I can see than prepand does work,

http://lg.atman.pl/?query=bgp&protocol=IPv4&addr=83.142.192.1&router=bgp-isp

..but I see no difference (decrease) in the amount of incoming traffic from bgp peer (77.79.229.41)

its only going to modify AS path when the route leaves the box. show bgp route shows the path on this box.
check  routes advertised to the peer . show bgp neig 77.79.229.41 advertised (syntax from memory so maybe not correct) and/or check on the remote peer itself.

I try to add prepend for one from my BGP neighboutr.
I tried to  add route-map and set  prepend, but In my opinion it doesn't work

my config  below

 route-map atmbbi-out permit 10
 set as-path prepend 8819 8819 8819

 router bgp 8819
 router-id 83.142.192.1
 bestpath med always-compare
