hi Tao,
did you check whether your binding is ok with "show bindings" command?
did you configure a multibind interface for such subscriber(s)?
did you see packets coming in/out on the subscriber circuit?

Hello.
I have run into this strange thing more than once, especially when configuring or modifying dedicated IP for customers:
The configuration is correct -- "interface", "subscriber", "bind subscriber" ... all are there, no wrong.
But the customer is still not able to ping the gateway (interface's ip address configured on BRAS).
Finally, I undo the "bind subscriber"statement and then re-bind it, or even delete the subscriber and then re-create it.
Not till then can the customer ping gateway.
I don't know where the problem is and why sometimes I must first un-bind and then re-bind the subscriber.
Is there any detail need to be paid attention to?
