[rbak-nsp] IPv6 to IPv4 Tunneling and/or Implementation

Ericsson speculated that IPv6 bras features would be deployed more fully
throughout 6.3 and 6.4 releases, culminating in 6.5 being their fully
supported version.  I suspect you should be talking to your Ericsson AM to
get a roadmap...
