[rbak-nsp] IPv6 to IPv4 Tunneling and/or Implementation

I saw a roadmap recently and Dual Stack v6 I believe is due in 6.5 - but 
that's if you are not doing L2TP.  IPv6 support in an L2TP LNS 
environment is due end of the year.
