[rbak-nsp] user drop slowly when using authentication none

Dear All

I use se1200 with 3 card 4 x 10G and 1 card 5 x 1G. The AAA using external
radius . Because of the external radius sometimes dead then queing in
accounting server is very high (  status of radius accounting is FULL) so we
are using "aaa authentication subscriber none" to keep the number of
subscriber.    Ussually subscriber active is 55000 user. When we are using
authentication subscriber none and number subscriber active 55000
immediatelly the subscriber connection was drop slowy, and in the show log
we find so many  information like this example :
