[rbak-nsp] Strange problem with PPPoE Authentication

"Redback" is the default username in case a username was not supplied.

That you dont observe this on the Cisco BRASes might be because the Cisco
refuses radius auth with an empty username or password? I cant remember
anymore what the default Cisco behaviour was.
