[rbak-nsp] SNMP slow and unresponsive in 11.1.2.5 ?

Solved, for information Ericsson gave us an undocumented command to activate a cache in the SNMPd.
Before: snmpbulkwalk took 3 minutes.
After: snmpbulkwalk took 4 seconds.


> we've just updated an XCRP4 SE600 from 6.4 to 11.1.2.5, and see that snmp (v2) is now incredibly slow , at least when it decides to answer or not to timeout in the middle.
