[rbak-nsp] fege-60-2-port card issue

Hello:
I have just installed new fege-60-2-port card in SE800 but after sometime the card is automatically disabled. From the log i can see the temperature issue. But I don't understand why only this card is shutting down whereas in same SE800 other cards are running normally.  Even the POD shows all pass.
Kindly suggest me what may be the problem. Is there specific slot to install this card or I can install it in any slot?
