As you have working XCRP3, please run diagnostics on stanby card.

1. shutdown card in the other XCRP slot than actvie
2. turn on on-demand diagnostics state
3. run diagnostics (level3)

You should get the answer, I mean - if diagnostics are ok, then CF must 
be replaced.
(at least I think so..)
