[rbak-nsp] Tagging PPPoE Offer/Session

Hi

is there any method to prioritize PPPoE discovery-phase datagrams in
outbound direction toward subscriber?
I mean marking the data with proper CoS tag and putting it into a proper
queue, so at the time congestion, there will be no issue for establishing
the session
