[rbak-nsp] DHCP for unknown subscribers

Hi,

My first steps with SE100.

I have a similar problem to the 
http://puck.nether.net/pipermail/redback-nsp/2010-October/000584.html 
but there was no answer.

Problem: How to assign private IP pool for unknown mac address rejected 
by Radius?

Subscribers with private IP pool will be redirected to http and ask for 
identyfication (this is not a problem) .
