[rbak-nsp] QOS licensing question

Hi all,

Does anyone know what "subscriber bandwidth 1000" line in the "show licenses detail" means?   Does it show that I only have 1000 available QOS slots available for subscribers (I have about 3800 subs with QOS policies applied)?
