Great, SEOS looks the same.
You probably have PPA2 linecards inside - with 1G Ram per PPA.
In PPA3 there is 2G per PPA.

It seems that if one modifies EEPROM in chassis + route-processor and 
linecards - then should get SE600 system instead ;)
Processor has 8G RAM on board, that's same as for XCRP4.
