[rbak-nsp] Ccod and radius access reject

Hi all.
We re using dot1q autosubscriber and ccod.
When any subscriber recieves access reject session is killed and never
comes back. So if we have mass client reconnections some of clients will
recieve rejects, and will never comes back.
So any one know such issue? Ccod stop working with radius acces reject??
