[rbak-nsp] OSPF

I have it set up correctly, based on the config you sent me (THANK YOU!), but for some reason, the OSPF neighbor state is reporting as DOWN. It lists the neighbor's IP address, but for the neighbor ID, it reports as 0.0.0.0

Any idea why?
