[rbak-nsp] Redback SmartEdge 400 suddenly can't TELNET/SSH

Hi Guys,

anybody experience on this issue. i've already restart the TELNET/SSH
processes but seems to be fail. The router is reachable (able to ping) but
not accessible via TELNET/SSH even on back-to-back connection. Luckily it
still can console with no problems. need your suggestion or is there any
proper way to restart the TELNET/SSH process that you guys can share.
