[rbak-nsp] maximum-links must be 2 for access type link-group with current PPA card

I'm stuck how to change this:

link-group test access
   encapsulation dot1q
   maximum-links 2
   lacp active
   dot1q pvc 123
    service clips dhcp context CLIPS
[...]
  dot1q pvc 1123
   bind interface switches MGMT
[..]


port ethernet 2/1
   no shutdown
   encapsulation dot1q
   link-group-test

to use link-group as ether type (no pvc, no services)?

I will be grateful for the tips.
