Hello

CCT means circuit, seems like too many circuits.
Do you have any license ?
We do not have any license installed and running more subscribers, I don't think it's mandatory to install any subscriber license on SE600
for clips (we didn't hit 5100 on clips circuits, however sum of pppoe and clips its more). I think subscriber license is only for official tech support.
