Hi Rafal,

strange thing...

"show subscribers active" looks here like this:

c8:0e:14:12:44:45
        Session state Up
Agent Remote ID "Nigs001 eth 1/1/02/18"
        Agent Circuit ID "0 0/0/0:4096.10 Nigs001/1/1/2/0/18"
        Circuit 1/8 vlan-id 105:10 clips 314759
        Internal Circuit 1/8:511:63:31/7/2/52615
        Interface bound subscriber
        Current port-limit unlimited
        Protocol Stack IPV4
        profile public (applied)
        context-name thdsl-hsi (applied)
        ip source-validation 1 (applied from sub_profile)
ip interface subscriber (applied from sub_profile)
        dhcp max-addrs 1 (applied)
dhcp vendor class id AVM DHCPC v9.04.395 (applied)
dhcp option client id ^T^RDE (applied)
        dhcp option hostname 0x0c09667269747a2e626f78 (applied)
IP host entries installed by DHCP: (max_addr 1 cur_entries 1)
                i.p.add.ress c8:0e:14:12:44:45

Our configuration is much like yours:

#####################################
interface subscriber multibind
  ip address a.b.c.d/e
  ip mtu 1496
  dhcp proxy 8192 server-group dhcp-hsi
   giaddr a.b.c.d
  ip arp timeout 61
  ip arp secured-arp

subscriber profile public
   ip source-validation
   dhcp max-addrs 1
   ip interface name subscriber

dhcp relay server e.f.g.h
   standby e.f.g.i
   server-group dhcp-hsi

aaa authentication subscriber radius global
aaa accounting subscriber global
#####################################

RADIUS server is connected to "local" context so we do authentication and accounting global.
RADIUS server answers with additional parameters for context name ("Context-Name") and subscriber profile name ("Sub_Profile_Name").
