[rbak-nsp] Lacp problem Smartedge

Hi,

We have LACP problem between Redback Smartedge 1200 and Extreme  switches.When we active  L3,L4 lacp for 2 pors,it was working normal,but when we actived at 4 ports, it created some traffic problem,heartbeat alarms,etc..It wasn't working normal.
