There's no modern thing such as NG-MVPN on SEOS: no mLDP, no P2MP RSVP-TE.
Only mGRE within the local context / the global instance.
The core needs to be PIM enabled (if the mGRE go through it), nothing more.
You might need to deal with BSR/RP if you don't use PIM SSM groups for mGRE, through (that is, "MDT SSM").
