tell me please: why i do get such a messages on my syslog server from se400:

Aug 27 13:39:49 se400 Aug 27 13:40:12: %PUBSUB-6-INF: CLI-16679 [rbnl_cache_initialize]: initializing PUBSUB, pid(16679)

but do not get those:

Aug 21 11:38:52: %CSM-6-PORT: ethernet 4/1 link state down, trigger source: Port fault detected: LinkDown
Aug 21 11:38:53: %CSM-6-PORT: ethernet 4/1 link state UP service state UP, overall admin is UP

i ony see them in "sh log"

[local]SE400#
[local]SE400#sh conf | grep sysl
 logging syslog 172.27.56.7 facility local0
