[rbak-nsp] BGP inaccessible next-hop

Nexthop is accessible but still no incomming traffic from redirected IP 
in FILTER context.

Probably I'm missing something in configuration which will pass traffic 
from redirected IP.


On FILTER context I try to "start shell" and tcpdump but there is no 
traffic from redirected IP.

Is there a other way to monitor specific interface than "start shell" 
and tcpdump?
