[rbak-nsp] Circuit pack overheating

Hello everyone,
We're having some strange logs lately. It looks like that:

Jan 22 22:56:18: %CSM-5-CARD_WARM: slot 4, ALARM_MINOR: Circuit pack 
overheating:temperature warm
Jan 22 22:58:31: %CSM-5-CARD_WARM: slot 4, ALARM_CLEARED: Circuit pack 
overheating:temperature warm

It looks like the same is on slot 1. So slot1 & slot4 ocasionally 
produce this strange log. Anyone knows what the hell is "circuit pack" 
and how to fix the problem ?
