Read in the doc Line Card and Media Interface Card Alarms: « In this table, the term circuit pack refers to any line card, MIC, or I/O carrier card. »

Circuit pack overheating: Severity: Major ; Probable Cause: LineCardProblem ; Service Affecting: Yes

Maybe a temperature/ventilation issue? :)
