[rbak-nsp] Minimum BGP holdtime

Hi,
Is there any way to configure minimum allowed keepalive/holdtime values 
for BGP sessions ? We're having problems with downlink peers configuring 
it very aggressively, and than linger about poor session stability. It 
would be the best to refuse negotation of BGP sessions with peers 
configured like keepalive 3, holdtime 9 ;) But can't find it anywhere :(
