[scg-sec] Proposed new members for SBC

Sean,

I don't mind adding folks that you vouch for, but I think you add an awful
lot of insight and experience to this team, and I'd hate to lose you. Are
you suggesting we add these folks in addition to you, or bring them in to
replace you? My preference is for you to be here to help propagate the
attitudes that have made this list so successful.
