[sysmon-help] IPv6 (ping) support

	Once I sort out some final semantics, i'm going to release a beta
later tonight that has IPv6 ping support.  (aka type pingv6).

	If you are interested in testing, please let me know.
I've done the primary development/testing on FreeBSD, will be
doing secondary testing on Linux, Darwin (OS/X 10.3) and Solaris 2.8
sometime later.
