[sysmon-help] Sysmon Feature request

I am trying to figure out if it is possible to have 2 contact addresses, 
one for if the service goes down, and another email address for when it 
comes back up.  For example, if the host goes down, send an email to 
support at foo.com, and when the service goes back up, send an email to 
sysadmin at foo.com

Is this possible or would this be a new feature?
