TAC, training, and my SE are all on board with the daily tech-support sked.

Interesting, the Maintenance Guide reads the other way:

Maintenance Guide Release 14.0 Document Version 18
9 Scheduled Maintenance Tasks
9.8 Tech-support
The tech-support maintenance task is meant to be run on a daily basis. The
output of the
tech-support daily task is stored in the /var/broadworks/logs/monitoring
directory.

Broadworks does not automatically schedule tech-support everyday by
default. When you install Broadworks the Schedular prompts you about
each task, how often to run the task, and what time. The last prompt
asks if you want to run tech-support once per day. In parenthesis it
says (not recommended).
