[VoiceOps] Carrier choices

We have worked with O1 as a vendor, not a customer, and have found  
them very capable and having their act together in point of business  
process.   We also have a mutual customer who has resold about a dozen  
of their circuit products and speaks very highly of their reliability  
and availability.
