[VoiceOps] Issue with Cisco Catalyst Switch in IBM Blade Center

Hi All:

 Have you seen issues with Cisco Catalyst Switch in the IBM Blade Center that causes all the other Cards in the Blade Center to be partially responsive. All the Servers were responding to pings 50% of the time with some pings getting back invalid responses like the one below:
64 bytes from x.x.x.x: icmp_seq=1 ttl=63 time=0.506 ms
wrong data byte #32 should be 0x20 but was 0xc0
