[VoiceOps] Problems with defective Adtran TA900s

Maybe a few of you who are having this high failure rate could post the first 10 digits of the LBADTN Serial number.

For example I have a good TA924E and the first 10 are LBADTN0923

The format goes

LB - Telcordia (issuing Agency)
ADTN - Adtran
09 - Year 2009
23 - 23rd Week of Year

So this unit was built between June 1 and June 7th 2009.

Maybe these failing units were all part of a common manufacturing run...
