[VoiceOps] CPE IAD recommendations

Of note, the Adtran gear isn't IPv6 capable (I don't mind the SIP stack 
doesn't support it, but it should at least do basic routing!), in fact 
with the firewall on it breaks ipv6 tunnels passing through it without a 
knob to shut that "feature" off. :-/

But if you turn that firewall on, even without rules, you can use their 
really awesome onboard voip diagnostics to show graphs of delay, mos, 
etc, and look at historical records of the last 100 calls, etc. Really 
neat stuff.

I've been hasseling my adtran people every chance I get about the IPv6 
stuff. I get a lot of concerning head in the sand responses. If you get 
a bunch, make sure to bug your rep about it.
