[VoiceOps] 360 Networks experiences

I've been very happy with the service from 360n.  We rarely have issues and
when we do you get to talk to someone intelligent right away.  When their
support people say they are going to call you back, they actually call you
back.  Call quality has never been an issue and we have not had any major
service affecting issues since we have been up with them (about 1 year now)
