[VoiceOps] Broadworks and National Dialing Codes

We occasionally run into situations where international numbers wont correctly get formatted as e.164 because there is no matching NDC entry, presumably because there is a new prefix or something similar. It is an easy enough fix but I am wondering what everyone else does to manage/prevent this issue?
